With a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition and personal experience navigating complex gut and hormone challenges, Nuala brings clarity to nutrition that often feels overwhelming. Her focus is practical, sustainable food strategies that support energy, digestion, and balance in real life.
Holding a Master’s in Exercise Physiology and nearly 20 years of Pilates experience, Janette specializes in safe, effective movement for midlife bodies. Her teaching is known for being supportive, precise, and empowering - helping women build strength with confidence.
